In the evening, after applying the moisturizer you normally use, stimulate the muscles of your face by gentle moves starting from the lower part of the face and going up and from the center of the face towards the exterior. Sunscreen

The ideal thing to do is to avoid sun exposure as much as possible. However, since this is impossible, you should protect your skin from the harmful sun rays. It is already known the fact that excessive sun exposure can cause wrinkles, freckles, dry skin, spots, and even skin cancer. Therefore, use sunscreen, avoid staying in the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., and wear protective hats.

No smoking and healthy diet
